THE APARTMENT:
This is a spacious, comfortable and modern apartment centrally located in Old San Juan. Perfect for families, friends & couples.
The apartment is ideal for 6 guests but can stretch to 8 if you don’t mind a cozier setup.
This open concept penthouse, with high ceilings and a spacious living room has a one of kind layout. There are 2 bedrooms with king/queen-sized beds. The living room has 1 sofa bed and 2 additional couches. There are 2 bathrooms in the unit.
The balcony provides a great view of the streets of Old San Juan. This rental offers hotel features but provides the familiar feel of home!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, blender and coffee maker.
BUILDING INFORMATION:
You will be provided an electronic code to enter the building, and another code to enter the unit.
The penthouse is on the 3rd floor and please note there is no elevator in the building.

GETTING AROUND
We strongly recommend having your own vehicle as there are a multitude of activities within a 30-minute drive which you will not want to miss out on. Rentals and hotels in Old San Juan do NOT have exclusive parking spaces. We recommend parking in paid parking structures. Ubers and Taxis are also readily available to get around San Juan. Some popular car rental companies in this area include Target Car Rental, Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, and Budget.

HOUSE RULES
Check-in time is at 3:00pm, check-out time is at 11:00am.
Occupancy of 6-8 guests. No Pets allowed.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess.
Subletting is not allowed.
